Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Mikxx IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our") through the MIKXX platform at app.mikxx.com. It is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws.
By subscribing to or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
How to cancel
- Log in to your MIKXX account and navigate to Account → Billing.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the confirmation steps.
- Alternatively, email us at support@mikxx.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request – [your registered email]".
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to all paid features until that date.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
- Cancellation requests submitted by email will be acknowledged within 2 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge date. Approved refunds cover the unused portion of the subscription, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Annual subscriptions
Refund requests raised within 30 days of the initial charge are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
One-time purchases
One-time purchases (templates, add-ons, feature unlocks) are non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used.
Service disruptions
If the MIKXX platform experiences a verified outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours within a billing period, affected users may request a proportional service credit applicable to the next billing cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made outside the eligible window stated above.
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- The service was used or accessed during the period for which the refund is requested.
- The cancellation was not completed through the prescribed process.
- Charges resulting from third-party integrations or payment processor fees.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address.
- Order ID or transaction reference number.
- Reason for the refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. We will provide all necessary documentation to dispute chargebacks raised in bad faith.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
