1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MIKXX platform ("Service") operated by Mikxx IT Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MIKXX provides a digital form-building, product management, and customer engagement platform. Features include form creation, submission collection, product listings, payment processing, and analytics.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at support@mikxx.com of any unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content through the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to collect data from minors without appropriate parental consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mikxx IT Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data and content you create using the Service.
6. Payments
- Paid features are billed in advance on a subscription or one-time basis.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party processors; you agree to their terms.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date by emailing support@mikxx.com with your order details.
- Refunds are issued at our sole discretion for unused portions of a subscription period.
- One-time purchases (templates, add-ons) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or for periods already consumed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikxx IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
