How do UPI payments work?
You add your UPI ID once in Payments. Customers scan a QR or tap their UPI app, and the money goes to your UPI ID directly. UPI doesn't tell us when someone has paid, so the customer marks it paid and you confirm the order on your board.
Do I need a payment gateway?
Not for UPI. If you also want to take cards, connect Razorpay in Payments. Customers can then pay by card, UPI or netbanking inside your app, and your share is settled to your bank account.
What is a mini app?
A form your customers use like an app: a menu with prices, a cart, sign-in by a one-time email code, and their past orders. You get a board to manage and confirm every order.
Can the AI build my form for me?
Yes. Describe what you need, for example an ordering app for your café, and the agent builds the steps, fields and prices. You can change anything afterwards in the builder.
Does it work inside ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. Connect Mikxx once from Settings, sign in, and you can build and edit forms and mini apps, preview them and read responses right in the chat. The Docs walk you through connecting each one.
What does the AI follow-up do?
On the questions you choose, when an answer is short or vague, Mikxx can ask the person one extra question to get the detail. If anything goes wrong, it skips the question, so nobody gets stuck.
Can I see how my app is doing?
Each app has an overview built from its own orders: revenue and payments, top picks, messages, upcoming bookings, ratings and busy hours.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Create an account and build your first form without a card.
