Unreleased (October 2026)
Connect ChatGPT and Claude
- Build forms and mini apps by describing them in ChatGPT or Claude, edit them in later prompts, publish, and read responses. See Connect ChatGPT and Connect Claude. Disconnect any time in Settings → Developers → Connected apps.
Agent messages by plan
- Each plan now includes a number of agent messages a month: 30 on Free, 300 on Pro and 1,500 on Business, shared by the workspace. A retry doesn't count again. A note under the message box warns when 10 or fewer are left, and Plan and billing shows how many you've used. See Privacy, safety and limits.
- Sign-in codes, invites and other emails go out faster.
More question types, and forms that close themselves
- New questions: address (with Indian states and PIN code), signature, country, choice grid, ranking, NPS (with your Net Promoter Score in results) and hidden fields. Phone now has a country code picker. See Question types.
- Fill answers from the link: give a question a link key and
?name=Ashafills it in; hidden fields record things likeutm_source. See Fill answers from the link. - Close on a date or when full: a closing date, a response limit and your own closed message, in Design → Responses. See Close a form.
- Save and finish later: answers are saved as people go, with an emailed link to finish on any device; you see unfinished responses in the Submissions tab. See Save and finish later.
- Passwords and invite links: make a form open only with a password, or only from each person's own one-time link (Share tab). See Passwords and invite links.
- Public API: developer keys in Settings → Developers read and change your forms and responses from your own software. See Public API.
- The agent knows the new question types and can set closing dates, response limits and finish later.
The agent, inside the builder
- Ask the agent for a change… in the builder now opens the form's chat in a panel beside the page (a sheet on a phone); changes land on the canvas without leaving the builder.
- Publish & share publishes the form first, then opens the share link.
- The agent can turn on AI follow-ups for a question, charges a fixed fee as a real fee, and no longer leaves empty or duplicate steps behind. See Editing with the agent.
- On phones the app fills the whole screen again (no blank strip at the bottom in Safari).
Plan and billing
- Plan and billing (account menu): your plan and whether it's active, what it costs and when it renews, this month's Razorpay sales and the fee on them, the plans side by side, and every charge with its receipt. Before checkout it says exactly what you pay today and from when it renews; cancelling says what changes and on which date. See Plans and billing.
- Your plan's name shows beside your workspace's name in the sidebar.
- Setting up Razorpay payouts now asks for Category and Subcategory from dropdowns instead of typing Razorpay's codes. See Payouts.
- Signing in with Google to an email someone signed up with but never confirmed now makes the account yours alone: its password is removed and anyone signed in to it is signed out.
Your forms on your own domain
- Settings → Domain: connect an address like
forms.yourshop.in, create the one CNAME record it shows, and your live forms open there with a secure link. Pick the form at the root; every live form also opens at/<its link name>. Pro includes one domain, Business five. See Your own domain.
Help that's quicker to use
- Bug reports and questions can carry a screenshot: pick one or paste it into the message.
- A dot on your account menu, and a count beside Help, tell you when Mikxx has replied. See Getting help.
Sign-up, plans and pricing
- Confirm your email: new accounts enter a 6-digit code emailed at sign-up. Google sign-ins skip it.
- A friendlier start: a few quick questions (your business, what you take first, how you're paid, your team, where you heard of Mikxx) while a preview of your app fills in, then a first app for the agent. Google sign-ups get it too.
- Pro and Business: pay by UPI AutoPay or card through Razorpay, monthly or yearly; they renew automatically. Change or cancel in Settings → Plan. See Plans and billing and the new pricing page.
- Account menu: Settings, Help, Docs and the theme moved into the menu under your name.
Plans and platform fees
- Each workspace is on a plan. Mikxx keeps 1% of Razorpay payments on Free, 0.5% on Pro and nothing on Business; Direct UPI stays free on every plan. The Payments page shows your plan and its fee. See Payouts.
Legal pages
- Terms, Privacy, Refunds, Shipping and Contact us are in the docs under Legal, linked from the footer and sign-up, with short links like /terms and /privacy.
Forms that think
- Conditional logic: show a question, block or whole step only when earlier answers call for it ("Show this question only when…").
- Calculations and answer piping: a calculation question works out a total or a quote from answers and prices; mention an earlier answer in a later question or the thank-you screen.
- Templates: 11 ready-made forms and mini apps on the new Templates page.
Publishing and results
- Embed on your site: in the page, as a pop-up button, or a plain iframe, from the Share tab.
- Spam protection: a hidden trap and a minimum time keep bots out; turn on a human check per form if you need more.
- Drop-off and funnels: see where people leave your form, screen by screen, in Results.
Mini apps
- Dashboard screens: a tab with counts, totals and breakdowns from a list.
- Screens that change with the data: hide sold-out records, add badges, show fields and tabs only when they apply.
Team
- Invite teammates as admin, editor or viewer, change roles, and switch workspaces.
- Activity history in Settings: who changed what.
Help
- Help in the app: report a bug, send feedback or ask the Mikxx team from Help in the sidebar or your workspace menu, and follow each conversation; replies also arrive by email.
Uploads
- Upload pictures for a split panel, cover, welcome screen or image block, straight from your computer or phone, instead of finding a link.
- File questions keep the file: respondents' files upload as they pick them, and you open them from the response. Only your workspace can open them.
The agent
- Failures you can learn from: Agent quality lists drafts people undid, answers that needed a fix and calls that failed, with what was asked, each ready to copy as a test case. Real production failures are now part of the agent's test set.
Design
- Split screen in the builder: a split form shows its side panel on the canvas, and you type the title and description straight into it.
- Better split screens: a panel picture fades in over your colours instead of showing grey while it loads; questions beside the panel sit in the middle; on phones, fullscreen forms get a shorter banner so the question has room.
- The builder's page now shows the header icon, cover picture and alignment, as respondents see them.
- New docs: every design option explained with pictures, and a page on split-screen and fullscreen forms.
Automations
- Confirmation emails: thank people at the address they typed into the form, with your own message and a copy of their answers. Send test emails you. Daily limits keep a public form from being used to email strangers.
- Automation history is kept for 90 days.
Publishing
- Publish changes on every tab: a live form's page shows a bar above every tab while you have changes customers don't see yet, including ones made outside the builder, like a new app tab.
- Each form keeps its 50 newest versions and every version from the last 180 days.
Builder and agent
- Layout suggestion on phones too, in the builder's ⋯ menu.
- The settings panel slides away when it closes.
- The agent's New and Changed tags find the right question even when two share a label.
- The form page names every question type (it showed "scale" and "yes_no").
Signing in
- A new sign-in and sign-up, one step at a time: Google or your email first, then your password. A new account ends on one question, what you're making first, and the agent starts on it.
- Password reset in three steps, with a 6-box code you can paste.
- The Mikxx logo in the app, on the home page, in the docs and as the browser icon.
A new builder and agent
- The page is the builder. The form fills the screen as people will see it, and you type
straight into its title, labels and help text. Click a question and its settings slide in
beside it; hover between two questions and click + to add one there. A dock at the bottom
holds Add question, Design, Form settings and Ask the agent for a change….
Keyboard:
/to add, arrows to move between questions,Ctrl+Shift+↑/↓to reorder. - Design live: the design panel opens beside the page, which restyles as you choose.
- The agent studio: once there's a draft, it fills the screen. The conversation floats over it and folds down to the prompt bar. Click a question in the draft to ask about just that one.
- Changes tagged on the form: when the agent edits a saved form, its new and changed questions carry New and Changed tags in the preview.
- The docs show the real app, with screenshots and short clips.
Publishing
- Versions. Customers keep seeing the published version of a live form while you edit it. Click Publish changes when you're ready, and bring back any earlier version from the form's Settings. Going live publishes what you have.
Mini apps
- Search, filters and paging on app lists: a search box on longer lists, filter chips, and "Show more".
- Customers add their own entries: turn on reviews everyone can read, or let each signed-in customer keep their own records. They can edit and delete only theirs.
- Lists that link: a class can link its teacher, and the teacher's screen lists their classes.
- Bookings that fill up: each booking takes a spot, full classes drop out, and you can edit a booking on the board with the spots following.
Automations
- Email the team when a response arrives or an order is paid.
- Webhooks: send each response to your own system, signed so you can trust it, retried if it fails, with a history and a retry button. Find them in the form's Automations tab.
The agent
- Remembers your decisions for each form, like "prices in ₹" or "never ask for a phone number". See or remove them in Settings.
- Looks at your responses and lists when your question depends on them ("which milk do people pick most?"), without ever seeing contact details.
- Plans before it builds and shows the plan; changes to a saved form touch only what you named.
- Tidier results: readable colours, side-by-side name and address fields, and layouts that suit their options, checked again when you save.
- Suggests a layout in the builder, with the reason.
Everywhere
- A new forms-first home: start from a prompt, see what needs confirming, and jump into any form.
- Each form has its own page with Create, Share, Results, Submissions, Payments, Data, Automations and Settings.
- Prices are kept with each order, so later price changes never alter a past order.
