How its answers are checked
The agent writes in a fixed set of cards the app knows how to show. It can't run code or reach your data directly. Every draft is checked by Mikxx exactly as if it were being saved: question types, options, lists, prices and references. Anything wrong is fixed once or reported. Saving always goes through the same checks and permissions as the builder.
AI providers
The agent runs on AI models from several providers, picking the fastest one that's available and falling back if one fails. What you type and the form you're working on are sent to the provider to write the answer. Contact details from responses are never sent.
Reliability
- If your connection drops mid-reply, the reply stops; nothing half-made is saved.
- If every provider is down, you'll see an error with a retry. The retry isn't counted as a new message.
- Answers are measured against a set of test requests before changes to how the agent works, including real requests that once went wrong.
Messages each month
Each message you send the agent counts towards your workspace's monthly limit, shared by everyone on your team:

- Retrying an answer that failed doesn't count again.
- Deleting a chat doesn't give its messages back.
- The count starts again on the 1st of each month (India time). Unused messages don't carry over.
- When 10 or fewer are left, a note under the message box says how many. When none are left, the agent says when they come back, with a link to the plans. Upgrading raises the limit at once.
- Plan and billing → This month shows how many you've used.
Good to know
- Viewers in your workspace can read chats but can't apply changes.
- Delete a chat from the chat list; the form it built stays.
