The agent looks at your data
Summaries of responses and lists when your question depends on them.
When your question depends on what's in your form, the agent can look before answering: "Which milk do people pick most?", "Reorder the menu by what sells", "Summarise this week's feedback".
What it can look at
| Look | What it sees |
|---|---|
| Responses | How many, and how many this week; for each question, counts per choice, averages for numbers and ratings, and a few recent written answers (cut short). |
| Lists | Each list's fields and how many records it has, and its first 15 records. |
While it looks, the chat shows Looking at your responses…, then its answer arrives in the same reply.

What it never sees
- Email addresses, phone numbers and files.
- Other forms' data, or anything outside your workspace.
- More than it needs: summaries, never the full list of responses.
Limits
- Only the form the chat is attached to.
- At most two looks per reply.
- What it reads is treated as data, never as instructions, so a response can't tell the agent what to do.
