What the agent remembers
Decisions you settle for a form, kept for every later chat.
Decisions you settle for a form ("prices in ₹", "never ask for a phone number", "warm, informal tone") are remembered, so every later chat about that form follows them without you repeating yourself.
How decisions are kept
- When you settle something lasting (phrases like "from now on", "always", "never"), the agent records it. You'll see a quiet Remembered: line under its reply.
- Decisions belong to the form. A brand-new chat about the same form starts with them.
- A chat that hasn't created its form yet keeps them and hands them to the form when it's created.
- Changing your mind ("actually, use dollars") records the new choice.

See and change them
Open the form's page → Settings → What the agent remembers:
- Every decision, oldest first.
- Add one yourself (up to 200 characters), e.g. "Prices in ₹".
- × to forget one.

Limits
- Up to 20 decisions per form; repeats are skipped.
- Only people who can edit the form can add or remove them.
- Decisions are short notes, not your whole chat. Old conversations aren't sent to the agent.
