AI follow-up questions
One smart follow-up when an answer is vague, on the questions you choose.
When an answer is vague, Mikxx can ask one short follow-up question, like "What made the stay disappointing?" after a low rating. You choose which questions can do this.
Turn it on
- Select a question in the builder: a rating, scale, text or choice question.
- Under AI follow-up, switch on Ask a follow-up.
- Optionally, under What should it dig into?, tell the AI what you're after, e.g. "Ask why when the rating is low". Respondents never see this instruction.

What respondents see

After answering, if the answer could use more detail, one extra question appears with a box for their reply. They can skip it. Both the follow-up question and the reply are saved with the response, next to the original answer.
Limits
- At most one follow-up per question, and only on published forms.
- Limited per visitor and per form, so it can't be used to run up AI costs.
- The AI sees only that question and its answer, never the rest of the response.
